Coupon Export Options
Publica.la provides comprehensive export capabilities for coupon data, allowing store administrators to analyze performance, track usage, and maintain records for marketing and financial purposes.
Available Export Types
From the Coupons management screen, administrators can access three export reports:
1) Coupons Configuration (Excel)
Provides a complete overview of all coupons in the system with their configuration details. The Excel file includes the following columns:

| Amount | Discount percentage applied by the coupon |
| Uses | Current number of times the coupon has been used |
| Usage Limit | Maximum number of allowed redemptions |
| Usable in Content | Whether the coupon can be applied to individual publications |
| Usable in Subscriptions | Whether the coupon can be applied to subscription plans |
| User Limit | Maximum number of times a single user can use this coupon |
| Creation Date | When the coupon was created |
| Valid Until | Expiration date of the coupon |
| Disabled | Whether the coupon has been deactivated (soft-deleted) |
This report is particularly useful for:
- Auditing coupon configurations
- Identifying expired or soon-to-expire coupons
- Planning new promotional campaigns
- Reviewing usage limits and availability
2) Per-Coupon Usage Report (Excel)
Shows transaction-level data for a single coupon (selected from the list). Columns:

| Sale Type | Whether it was an individual sale or subscription |
| Currency | Currency used for the transaction |
| Amount | Transaction amount after discount |

- Measure the performance and reach of a single code
- Validate eligibility and impact on specific titles/plans
- Support partner or campaign reporting requests
3) Overall Usage Report (Excel)
Aggregates transaction-level data across all coupons. Columns:

This report is valuable for:
- Tracking individual coupon usage across all codes

Delivery and Access
- Exports run asynchronously and are delivered via email to the requesting admin.
- The message includes a time-limited download link (valid for approximately one week).
- Files are generated in Excel (.xlsx) format.
