Discount Coupon Rules​

Products that can be purchased using 100% discount coupons:

  • Products with prices
  • Recurring subscriptions (with/without private prices)
  • One-time subscriptions (with/without private prices)
  • All subscription types with private and public prices

Cart Restrictions​

Quantity Limitations​

  • Only one product per cart when using 100% discount coupons
  • Only one subscription per cart (regardless of payment method)

Coupon Restrictions​

  • Coupons must be applied before completing payment
  • Coupons cannot be combined
  • 100% discount coupons have special limitations

Physical Product Rules​

  • Shipping costs apply only to physical products
  • Shipping address required for physical products
  • Shipping method selection mandatory

Purchase Processing​

Transaction Processing​

  • Some purchases may experience registration delays
  • Temporary access restrictions may apply during processing
  • System will display informative messages with resolution steps

Payment Processing​

  • Multiple payment gateway support (Stripe/MP)
  • Secure transaction processing
  • Payment confirmation required before access

Returns and Support​

Digital Products​

  • Return requests available through customer support
  • Immediate access after successful payment

Physical Products​

  • Order tracking notifications provided via email and platform
  • Delivery status updates through platform notifications
